I'm not sure what else to try and have no idea what is causing the issue, so any help would be appreciated. We checked the event viewer and it showed some random application warnings, but nothing critical. This fixed it for a short period (2-3 hours), however it started crashing again. We ran the scannow CMD prompt and it found some errors, which it then repaired. This fixed the issue for a day, however it is back to crashing constantly. I deleted everything from my PC and did a clean install of Windows. We also checked my GPU and that came back with no issues. I did a stress test on my CPU and it was fine. I've played other games on Ubi and Steam and it doesn't seem to crash my PC. It gets way worse when I launch Streamlabs OBS and try to stream at the same time. When the game crashes, the screen goes black for a few seconds and then closes the game. I sometimes get the error code 0xe0000008, but not always. It has been working fine for the last year, however recently when I try to play Rainbow Six Siege on Ubisoft Connect, the game freezes and closes.
